Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: all items on sale are final and can't be returned or exchanged.

I have been thinking for a while now that a belt bag would be a nice thing to have. Recently, I decided to go for it and when the package arrived, unwrapping it made me smile. Aside from the beautiful graphical design that I am used from symbolika I was very impressed with the heavy quality and its functionality. You never can have enough storage space ;).
