Song Weaving captures the profound Shipibo tradition where sacred Icaros songs are not only heard but seen - translated into intricate geometric patterns that function as visual expressions of sound, healing, and imagination.
The Vision: Weaving Reality Itself
The artwork depicts a Shipibo woman weaving reality itself, guided by ayahuasca visions as she transforms sound into form through her ceremonial craft. The chacruna plant - central to the ayahuasca brew - becomes both thread and conduit, evolving into an anaconda serpent symbolizing transformation and altered perception.
This composition honors the balance between physical and visionary realms, celebrating the profound idea that imagination, sound, and vision are tools for shaping reality. Created from photographic studies and 3D models, refined into detailed vector artwork and masterfully screen printed with six layers including five blacklight-reactive colors plus glow-in-the-dark.
This final silk screen edition represents the culmination of 23+ years of Amazonian-inspired artmaking.

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Sometimes packages get held up by customs, are returned to us due to a mistake in an address and sometimes they get lost. If your order didn't arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us and we'll do our best to help you find it.
If your order doesn't arrive within 60 days and wasn't returned to us we will send your order again (depending on stock availability) or give you a refund for the products (minus the shipping costs).
In case your local post office returned your order to us you will need to pay the shipping costs again. Please make sure the shipping address you give us is as complete & correct as possible.
