Exchange and Return

Don’t like it, doesn’t fit? Send us an email to returns@symbolika.com with your order number and the reason for return and we will send you our return address.
We will exchange, refund or give you a coupon - whatever you prefer.
All returns must be made within 30 days and items in original condition - we do not accept back washed items.

Please note: all items on sale are final and can't be returned or exchanged.

Made to Order items are non refundable unless they are defective or the wrong item was delivered to you.
Our made to order items are: Eco T-shirts, Patterned T-shirts, Throw Pillows, Canvas Prints, Framed Posters.

Defective or incorrect item

Contact returns@symbolika.com, if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back by registered mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping. Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please send an email to shop@symbolika.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request - however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
