The details
Delivery. Printing takes 2–5 business days. From order to delivery, our real averages are: Europe typically 7–12 days; North America around two weeks; far destinations up to three weeks. Every parcel ships tracked, Monday to Friday, to most countries on earth — if your country is in the checkout list, we deliver to it. One checkout ships to one address. If a parcel crosses a border, local customs fees can apply on arrival — charged by your authorities, not by us. Lost parcel? Write to shop@symbolika.com — not arrived within 60 days and not returned to us, we print it again or refund the products.
What it costs. Standard delivery is €9. Over €50 it drops to €5, and over €120 it is free — shown in your own currency at checkout.
Returns. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your piece — an email to shop@symbolika.com with your order number is enough (or the button above) — then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours. The refund is everything you paid including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice, and we hold it until the piece is back with us. Try it on the way you would in a store — that’s fine; if it comes back worn or washed beyond that, we may deduct the lost value. Rather swap the size? Exchange, refund, or store credit — whatever you prefer.
If it comes back to us. Sometimes a parcel is returned undelivered. If the address you gave was wrong, posting it out again is at your cost — please check it at checkout. If it came back for any other reason, that is on us and we send it again.

I have been thinking for a while now that a belt bag would be a nice thing to have. Recently, I decided to go for it and when the package arrived, unwrapping it made me smile. Aside from the beautiful graphical design that I am used from symbolika I was very impressed with the heavy quality and its functionality. You never can have enough storage space ;).
