returns
don’t like it, doesn’t fit? send it back, and send us an email to returns@symbolika.com notifying us of the return (please include your order number).
we will exchange it, refund or give you credit - whatever you prefer.
all returns must be made within 30 days and items in original condition - we do not accept back washed items.
defective or incorrect item
contact returns@symbolika.com, if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. please send the item back by regular mail and include your receipt with the return. we will not reimburse for express shipping. returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.
canceling an order
if you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please mail cancelations@symbolika.com as soon as possible. we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
